Limitatiion is dependable on the size of the powder coating facilities we are using. Our facility Dry Oven and other facilities can support up to lengths of 240 inches or 10 Feets materials. If you still need further clarification and assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Powder Coating process estimated can be completed in an entire cycle of our workflow within 2 hours, limited to the total of materials you need to perform powder coating , the complexity requirements and your type of materials.
Powder coating should be washed down regularly (at least once each 6 months in less severe applications and more often in marine and industrial environments) the coating should be washed down with soapy water – use a neutral detergent – and rinsed off with clean water.
YES. If most of the ready color or design from applicators failed to meet your requirements, please seek us for a solution
We do offer a custom match from a matching in the variances to produce the color or design you require. Whereas, we also do provide you a sample chips for your end verfication.
We does not recommend to apply another layer of coating on existing coated materials. For any powder coated materials, it is require to perform a surface treatment process to ensure the entire surface is clean and in the condition for powder coating. However, it would causes the materials less sustainability and may not achieve your desire results.
Yes, either in terms of costing and durability or any other benefit values from powder coating is very much more better than other methos in coating industry.
Typically, we handle jobs in our facilities by batches of materials through cycle in our powder coating equipments. Each cycle may takes up to 1 to 2 hours to complete the powder coating process. Upon completion of the cycle, your materials will be sent for wrapping and prepare for delivery. Each cycle may vary depends on the outcome and complexity of the coating you requires.
Any Materials in either metal, steels, or aluminium at any shapes that can withstand 400° Fahrenheit without losing its integrity can be powder coated. You may consult with us if you would like to get further advice from us
Our facilities consist of 2 Conveyor type production line equipment and 2 units of Batch and Dry Oven and 2 types of pre-treatment operating in 3 tanker system facilities with a few units of powder booth operating either in manual or automation way is capable to support high volumes of materials for powder coating process
Our Facilities is inclusive of Testing laboratory to perform the quality test and checks for all the materials process by our equipments. The quality test may consist of thickness, adhesion, gloss and color are constantly measured throughout depends on the type of coatings applied.
Environment – Unlike powder coatings, liquid coatings contain VOC emitting solvents that are harmful to both human health and the environment. Limits of VOCs in indoor spaces in particular are closely monitored and can impact your project’s ‘green rating’.
Further, liquid coatings are not able to be reclaimed and any overspray end up in waste, while powder coating overspray can be reclaimed and reused resulting in virtually no waste and more efficient production lines. Powder coatings also require less manufacturing and transportation energy due to their lack of solvents which can add mass and weight to liquid coatings.
Color capability – While, like liquid coatings, powder coatings can be limited due to high performance requirements, technological advances have meant that powder coatings have a near endless color production capability. Powder coatings have even started to compete with liquid coatings to achieve bright metallic finishes. While still lagging behind the ultra bright effect available in liquid, manufacturers are achieving ever-brighter coatings with advancing technology.
Durability – Powder coatings have a reputation for superior hardness and durability. Widely used on items such as agricultural equipment, lawnmowers, outdoor furniture and other well used objects, powder coatings are the ideal metal coating for architectural areas in constant use such as window and door framing, shopfronts, fencings, and railings.
Cost – there are many factors that can influence the final cost of a coating ranging from the application, reusability, and transportation costs to the volume required and the competitiveness of the market. As such, it is difficult to compare costs between alternative coatings. Ultimately, keeping costs in check can come down to ensuring quality standards are in place and using quality assured applicators are a good way to achieve this.
